Functieomschrijving vacature International Accountmanager DACH

Purpose of Position:

To manage global / International frameworks. Maximise the business by realising full compliance, retention and profitability within in your International customer portfolio. To set up strategic account business plan with your customer to achieve the ultimate satisfaction results on both sides.

To create customer intimacy with all the key DMU persons and beyond within each global international client. Proofing a sound understanding of the internal relationships within your clients DMU.

Working closely with local Key Account Managers and their direct Sales Manager managing each of your International customers on a local level. You are expected (in)directly to support and to guide them in a effective and result driven way, to deliver account goals and growth (GP and Turnover).

Functie eisen vacature International Accountmanager DACH

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor Degree or gained by experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience. International experience is an asset
  • Experience in strategic long Sales cycles / Account Management / Business Development  preferrable gained  in an international B2B environment
  • Proven track record in strategic sales, consultative selling & negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of cost/profit drivers and P&L structures;
  • Perfect in English, both written and spoken; German able to communicate and negotiate easily
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels both internal and external
  • Power to influence and to mobilize people
  • Experience in working in a DACH or International marketplace is a pre not necessarily a must
  • Prepared to travel on a continuous basis across Europe, in particular the DACH region.

 

Extra informatie

Primary Accountabilities:

To implement, to  develop and to follow up  International customers with the HQ namely based in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Working closely with the local key account managers (home market) to develop the International customers.

Overachieving margin and turnover goals by implementing and developing International customers and gaining maximum compliance.

Frequently travalling in the DACH region and ocassionally across Europe.
